Dress Policy

​

  1. No adjustments to be made by customer. Adjustments can be made at booking. We cannot adjust alter dress with less than 48 hours

  2. Damage to dress will be deducted from deposit. FDCPT accepts general wear & tear of use of dress. We ask customers to check dress for damage ahead of use as we will check for damage upon return.

  3.  We recommend wearing a pair of sandals , barefoot  will be uncomfortable as the ground will be hot! The best shots are barefoot.

Shoot Preparation (checklist)


We're based in Shop 4 of The Promenade. Please arrive to meet us there 30 minutes before your scheduled shoot time.

• Your booking will determine if you have chosen a makeup artist

• Your booking will confirm time you will arrive & time will shoot start & end

• Your booking will confirm which package you have requested

• Your booking will confirm if you are hiring dress or purchase of dress

• Your booking will determine if you wish to be collected accommodation or at venue

• Your booking will determine which package you have chosen

• Your booking will confirm full payment has been made 48 hours of shoot day

• Your booking will confirm any additional services you have requested

• Your booking will confirm any personal requests you have requested

Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

Cancelling 5 days in advance of the scheduled booking slot will incur a 40% cancellation fee. A cancellation initiated by us will incur a full refund within 5 working days.

 Should you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Please contact us for more information, or any of your questions
